In August 2005 the company STAT BULGARIA was established in Bulgaria, based in Sofia and mainly focused on the rebuilding of bank branches throughout Bulgaria.
In September 2015 Sigma-Bau GmbH was established in Stuttgart, with a 50% stake in the company. Sigma-Bau’s main objective is to build high quality and aesthetic housing, as well as renovate commercial shops in the Baden-Wurttemberg and Bavaria, Germany.
