Project Description:
Refurbishment and interior fit-out of the 2nd and 3rd floors of an existing building owned by Piraeus Bank. Building and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) works were undertaken to accommodate the Bank’s Private Banking and Legal Services units in Thessaloniki. The design was developed in response to functional requirements, while respecting the existing architectural character of the building envelope and addressing heightened security standards.
